Submitting an appointment request through our Site does not guarantee an appointment. Our staff will contact you to confirm availability and schedule your appointment. Until you receive confirmation from our office, no appointment has been made.

Please note that online appointment requests are not monitored outside of regular business hours. For urgent matters, please call our office directly at (517) 437-4767.
